Sacred Cacao Ceremony - Meditation Movement Sound

Cacao, or what modern man might call, raw chocolate, was revered by the ancient civilisations of South and Central America and used as a health elixir, medicine and aphrodisiac. Nicknamed 'Heart blood' by the Aztecs, it was believed to have a powerful heart healing capacity, signifying life and fertility.

Today, now labeled as a superfood, science has shown Cacao to have highly nutritious properties, countless vitamins and minerals such as magnesium (important for healthy blood pressure and heart function), a huge amount anti-oxidants (20x more than blueberries!) and anti-imflammatory properties. Studies show Cacao to benefit the heart and cardiovascular system as a whole and how it activates neurotransmitters in the brain that bring about the feelings of bliss, love, pleasure and motivation.

Held in group energy, Jessica & Jack invite you to drink a ceremonial dose of cacao and allow its properties to gently open and awaken your mind, body and soul.

Through movement, breathwork and the resonance of ancient sounds such as Tibetan singing bowls and the Hang drum you will be taken into deeper states of relaxation to facilitate connection and healing.

Join us on this 2 hour gentle journey inwards to de-stress, let go of the urban distractions around us and help facilitate a greater connection to yourself and your body through meditation, movement and sound.

There will be herbal teas to share after.
